The Acreage Community Park Jam is an opportunity to encourage creative expression and foster a sense of community. It is with this in mind that we ask that our guest entertainers and performers agree to abide to the following conditions structured to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for themselves and attendees.

  • The Acreage Community Park Jam is a community event.
  • We ask that you abstain from any profanity, inappropriate lyrics or humor.
  • Entertainers must be set up and ready to commence and finish at the agreed scheduled times.
  • Performance time including set up is usually in 30-45 minute increments however breaks and performance time increments can be modified at the discretion of the Acreage Community Park Jam
  • All equipment used during the activity is the responsibility of the entertainer/performer.
  • Unless otherwise agreed to ahead of time, The Acreage Community Park Jam does not supply specific instruments/equipment for your activity.
  • The Acreage Landowners Association/The Acreage Community Park Jam accepts no responsibili8ty for mishandled and/or damaged equipment and will not take responsibility for damage caused to equipment being stored during the jam.
  • Entertainers agree to allow their names and/or photo images to be used to promote the Jam.

The Acreage Community Park Jam as an opportunity to encourage creative expression and foster a sense of community. It is with this in mind that we ask that our guest vendors agree to abide to the following conditions structured to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for themselves and attendees.

  • Event Location: Acreage Community Park, 6701 140th Ave N, Loxahatchee, FL 33412.
  • Vendor spaces start at $25.00 for a 10 x 10 spot. This includes the space only, no electric, table, shelter etc.
  • Space locations will be assigned on a first come first serve basis the day of the Jam.
  • No vendor is permitted to perform a raffle. The ALA has a raffle every Jam and we do this exclusivly.
  • The Acreage Community Park Jam does not supply anything but the space for your activity.
  • The Acreage Landowners Association/The Acreage Community Park Jam accepts no responsibility for mishandled and/or damaged items and will not take responsibility for damage caused to vendor equipment or items during the jam.
  • Vendors agree to allow their names and/or photo images to be used to promote the Jam.
  • Vendors are responsible for:
    1. Providing their own tables/ tents and any other items or equipment needed for space.
    2. Cleaning up their area.
    3. Removing all unsold items and trash.
